Every machinist completes more than 160 hours of formal training before working on bulk production, and we have trained over 300 people since the unit opened in 2017.
Retention runs at around 70% — high for this industry, and the reason our stitch quality stays consistent across repeat orders. A stable floor is a commercial advantage before it is anything else.
We operate a transparent supply chain and fair employment practices, which matters to the brands we work with when they report on their own sourcing.
